| Abstract: | Authors applied the pedicled muscle strap to treat 56 cases who were of old myeloid injury at thoratic or lumbar level. 76. 8 percent of them recovered its myeloid function well. Their function increased over Frankel's grade I. The paper also discussed operative indications of transposition of pedicled muscle strap to treat old spinal cord injury. |
