多磺酸黏多糖乳膏辅助治疗痤疮的临床效果和安全性分析

目的探讨多磺酸黏多糖乳膏辅助治疗痤疮的临床效果和安全性。方法选取本院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的寻常性痤疮患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予日常护理＋口服四环素类抗生素，观察组在上述治疗的基础上给予多磺酸黏多糖乳膏辅助治疗，对照组在上述治疗的基础上给予红霉素软膏辅助治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为90．0％，明显高于对照组的66．7％，临床症状的改善时间明显短于对照组[（25．78±4．12）dvs（36．53±5．47）d]（P〈0．05）；两组在治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应。结论多磺酸黏多糖乳膏辅助治疗痤疮可快速改善症状，提高治疗效果，且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical effect and safety analysis of hirudoid cream auxiliarily treating acne

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of hirudoid cream auxiliarily treating acne. Methods 60 patients with acne vulgaris from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Patients in the two groups were given daily nursing and tetracycline antibiotics,while the observation group was given hirudoid cream auxiliary treatment on the basis of the abovementioned,the control group was given erythromycin ointment auxiliary treatment on the basis of the above-mentioned, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （90.0%） was higher than that in the control group （66.7 %）,improvement time of clinical symptoms was significantly faster than that in the control group [（25.78±4.12） d vs （36.53±5.47） d] （P〈0.05）;there was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups during treatment showed. Conclusion Hirudoid cream auxiliarily treating ance can quickly improve symptoms and improve treatment effect,and it has high safety,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
