膳食补充剂对雷达兵血清T-AOC、SOD活性及MDA含量的影响

摘    要:目的观察服用膳食补充剂后雷达兵血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,为评价膳食补充剂抗氧化的有效性提供科学依据。方法根据装备雷达型号不同选取2个雷达站的官兵,分为警戒组(n=40)和导航组(n=24),采用场强仪测定2个雷达站微波辐射强度并计算累积剂量及平均功率密度。膳食补充剂主要成分为7种维生素、2种微量元素及红景天甙和原花青素。分别在服用膳食补充剂前及服用30 d后抽取空腹静脉血,测定血清SOD活性、MDA含量及T-AOC活性。结果警戒组工作区微波辐射的累积剂量和生活区平均功率密度分别为37.4μW·h/cm2和6.1μW/cm2,而导航组工作区微波辐射累积剂量和生活区平均功率密度分别为6.5μW·h/cm2和4.5μW/cm2。导航组服用膳食补充剂后,T-AOC为(6.36±0.92)U/ml,明显高于服用前(5.00±0.94)U/ml,差异有显著性(P0.01);2组雷达兵血清SOD活性均显著降低(P0.01);MDA含量虽然略有增加,但各组之间差异无显著性(P0.05)。结论膳食补充剂可提高受试者体内抗氧化能力,调节抗氧化酶活性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of serum T-AOC, SOD activity and MDA content in ra- dar soldiers after dietary supplementation in order to provide the evidence for evaluating the effect of anti-oxida- tion of a dietary supplement. Methods The soldiers in 2 radar stations with different microwave intensity equip- ment were selected and divided into 2 groups, the guard group ( n = 40) and the navigation group ( n = 24 ). The intensity of microwave in the 2 radar stations was detected and calculated. The dietary supplement consised of 7 vitamins, 2 trace elements, rhodioloside, and procyanidine. Blood of radar soldiers was collected before and after 30-day dietary supplementation. T-AOC, SOD activity, and MDA content in serum were determined. Re- sults The accumulative dose of microwave intensity in working area, and average power density of microwave intensity in living area in guard group were 37.4 μW·h/cm^2 , and 6.1 μW·h/cm^2 respectively, while in naviga- tion group were 6.5 μW·h/cm^2 , and 4.5 μW·h/cm^2 respectively. The level of T-AOC in guard group after di- etary supplementation for 30-days (6.36±0.92)U/ml] was significantly higher than before supplementation (5.00±0.94)U/ml], (P〈0.01) ;the SOD activity in both groups was significantly reduced (P〈0.01). Although there was a slight increase in MDA content in two groups, no significant difference was found. Con- clusion The dietary supplement could enhance the body anti-oxidation capability, and regulate SOD activity in radar soldiers.
