| 摘 要： | 本文论述军事飞行学员医学选拔标准，其知识结构包括现代战争形态、军用飞机性能、医学技术前沿、脑与认知及现代数理科学5个维度的知识；其内部功能结构包括形态指标、能力指标、特许指标和潜在指标4个层面的内容；其外部关联结构包括与心理认知选拔、政治思想选拔、文化成绩选拔3个方面的关系。 |

| Abstract: | The article introduced the medical standard of recruiting military student pilots, which included knowledge structure, internal functional structure and external correlation structure. The knowledge structure in- eluded modern war forms, flight characteristics, medical frontier technology, cognitive science, and modern mathe- matical science. The functional structure included morphologic indexes, performance indexes, special permitting indexes, and potential indexes. The external correlation structure included the relation to psychological selection, political selection and culture selection. |
