| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病的发病率逐年升高，中晚期肾病治疗效果差，已成为糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因之一，早期糖尿病肾病患者可控制疾病的进展，近年来早期糖尿病肾病的诊断方法进展迅速，本文主要综述糖尿病肾病的早期诊断指标。
