不同护理模式干预对精神病患者阴性症状和社会功能的影响

目的：探讨不同护理模式干预在精神病患者中的应用效果。方法将70例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予认知行为护理，比较两组患者的社会功能和阴性症状情况。结果观察组的日常生活能力、社会技能、动性和交往等社会功能方面的得分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的阴性症状量表总分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论认知行为护理能够显著改变精神病患者的不良行为模式，建立良好的行为模式，提高社会功能。

Effect of different nursing mode intervention on mental patients negative symptoms and social function in psychiatric patients

Objective To explore the application effect of different nursing mode intervention in psychiatric patients. Methods 70 cases of schizophrenia patients with negative symptoms were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was received routine nursing care,the observation group was given cognitive be-havior nursing based on the control group,the social function and negative symptoms in two groups were compared. Re-sults The daily life ability,social skills,and communication and other social function scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Negative symptom scale score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cognitive behavioral nursing can sig-nificantly change the mode of bad behavior to set up good patterns of behavior for psychiatric patients,and improve the social function.
