护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用分析

摘    要:目的分析护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法该文于该院2017年12月-2018年12月实施"护士分层级管理模式"期间的护理人员中,随机选取50名作为样本,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施护士分层级管理模式,对比管理效果。结果观察组护士专业知识、技术、人文素质及自我发展与管理能力能力,分别(93.64±2.10)分、(94.15±2.33)分、(92.81±1.43)分及(95.18±1.02)分、护理差错率4%、护理缺陷率0%、投诉率0%,护理人员培训、考核、薪酬及排班管理满意度分别为96%、96%、92%及92%。对照组护士专业知识、技术、人文素质及自我发展与管理能力分别为(81.43±2.50)分、(82.36±1.75)分、(83.10±1.29)分及(85.74±1.08)分、护理差错率28%、护理缺陷率20%、投诉率20%,护理人员培训、考核、薪酬及排班管理满意度分别为72%、68%、60%及64%。两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护士分层级管理模式,可有效提高护理管理质量,增强护理人员的护理能力,提升护士的管理满意度,且能够减少护理差错、护理缺陷,及患者的投诉率,改善医院的信誉与形象。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of nurses’ hierarchical management mode on improving the quality of nursing management. Methods In this paper, 50 nurses were randomly selected as samples during the implementation of "nurse hierarchical management mode" from December 2017 to December 2018,the patients were divided into groups by random number table method. The control group was subjected to routine management. The observation group was implemented with nurses hierarchical management mode to compare the management effects. Results The nurses in the observation group had professional knowledge, technology, humanistic quality, and self-development and management ability, respectively(93.64±2.10)points,(94.15±2.33)points,(92.81±1.43) points and(95.18±1.02)points, and nursing errors rate was 4%, the nursing defect rate was 0%, the complaint rate was 0%, and the nursing staff training, assessment, salary, and scheduling management satisfaction were 96%, 96%, 92%, and 92%, respectively. The control group nurses’ professional knowledge, technology,humane quality, and self-development and management ability were(81.43± 2.50)points,(82.36±1.75)points,(83.10±1.29)points,(85.74±1.08)points, and nursing error rate 28%, nursing defect rate of 20%, complaint rate of 20%, nursing staff training, assessment, salary, and scheduling management satisfaction were 72%, 68%, 60%, and 64%, respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the nurse-level management model can effectively improve the quality of nursing management, enhance the nursing ability of nursing staff, and improve the management satisfaction of nurses. It can also reduce nursing errors, nursing defects, and patient complaint rates, and improve the hospital’s credibility and image.
