| 摘 要： | 肾上腺髓质素是近年来研究较多的一种生物活性肽,具有舒张血管、利钠、利尿等多种生物活性。肾上腺髓质素广泛分布于心血管、肾脏、内分泌、呼吸等系统,以自分泌、旁分泌或内分泌形式参与这些系统的生理调节和多种疾病的病理生理过程,可能在高血压、慢性充血性心力衰竭、急性心肌梗死等疾病的临床治疗方面具有潜在的应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Adrenomedullin,a bioactive peptide,has been intensively studied in the last decade.It has several biological actions,such as vasodilation,natriuresis,diuresis,etc.Adrenomedullin is expressed in heart,vessels,kidney,endocrine organs and respiratory system,and plays a role in the physiological regulation and pathophysiology of diseases in these systems.Adrenomedullin might have therapeutic potential in primary hypertension,chronic congestive heart failure,and acute myocardial infarction. |
