益气养阴活血法对2型糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者心率变异性的影响

目的：探讨临床上益气养阴活血法对2型糖尿病心脏自主神经病变（CAN）患者心率变异性（HRV）的影响。方法：选取本院2012年1月～2014年12月收治的150例2型糖尿病CAN患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组75例。对照组给予基础降糖治疗及甲钴胺，试验组在对照组治疗基础上加服益气养阴活血的中药治疗，十二周为一个疗程，观察两组治疗前后HRV时域指标和频域指标，并进行对比分析。结果：试验组与对照组比较，患者CAN临床症状及HRV指标均有明显改善，改善更加显著，总有效率达84%，对照组为62.6%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：益气养阴活血法治疗2型糖尿病CAN效果显著，不仅可以改善2型糖尿病CAN的症状，还能改善自主神经功能，改善患者的HRV指标。

Yiqiyangyinhuoxue method for Type 2 Diabetes Cardiovascular Autonomic Neuropathy patients on heart rate variability

Objective:To investigate the clinical Yiqiyangyinhuoxue method for type 2 diabetes, heart disease autonomic function(CAN) heart rate variability(HRV) impact.Methods:A hospital in January 2012~December 2014 period were treated CAN 150 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, each group 75 cases. The control group received glycemic basis and mecobalamin test group in the control group on additional services Yiqiyangyinhuoxue of traditional Chinese medicine, twelve-week period, observe HRV time domain and frequency domain indicators before and after treatment indicators and comparative analysis. Results:The experimental group and the control group, patients with clinical symptoms and CAN HRV were significantly improved, more significant improvement in the experimental group, the total effective rate was 84% in the control group was 62.6%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:Yiqiyangyinhuoxue law treatment of type 2 diabetes CAN significant effect, not only can improve the symptoms of type 2 diabetes CAN, but also to improve their autonomic nervous system function, improve the patient's HRV indexes.
