摘    要:目的:研究以款冬花为原料、乙醇为溶剂,超声提取黄酮类化合物工艺过程的最优条件.方法:以总黄酮得率为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上通过响应面试验优化乙醇体积分数、超声时间和温度等为考察因素.结果:款冬花总黄酮的最佳超声提取工艺:乙醇体积分数为65%,提取温度为73 ℃,液料比为10 mL/g,提取时间为47 min,提取率...

Abstract:Objective: To study the technologies of separating flavonoids from Tussilago farfara with ultrasonic wave.Methods: On the basis of single-factor test,the response surface analysis were employed to determine the optimum technological condition.Results: The optimum extract method of the flavonids from Tussilago farfara was determined: the concentration of ethanol 65%,the extracted temperature 73 ℃,the ratio of solvent tomaterial 10(mL/g),the extracted time 47 min.The flavonids extraction yield was 10.74%.Conclusion: The result showsthat the ultrasonic method is time-saving and easily,compared with the traditional methods.The findings provide someinformation for the further researches of flavonids from Tussilago farfara.
