| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床特征和冠状动脉造影特点。方法对冠状动脉造影诊断为冠心病的32例糖尿病患者和非糖尿病组的76例患者进行对比分析。结果两组在年龄、吸烟、家族史方面无统计学差异，但高血压、血脂异常在糖尿病组明显高于非糖尿病组（P〈0．05）。冠心病合并糖尿病组的冠造结果显示，多支病变多于单支、受累血管数目较多、弥漫l生病变较多，均显著高于非糖尿病组（P〈0．05）。结论冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的血管受累较非糖尿病冠心病患者严重且病变更为弥漫。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical and angiographical characteristics of coronary heart disease (CHD)with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods Clinical and coronary angiography data of 32 CHD patients with type 2 DM and 76 patients without were analyzed.Results Compared with CHD patients without type 2 DM,the ratio of hypertension,dyslipidemia in CHD patients with DM Were much high(P<0.05).CHD patients with type 2 DM had much great extent of coronary artery involvement and more diffuse vascular lesion.Conclusion The lesion in the coronary arteries tend to be more severe and diffuse in patients with type 2 diabetes. |
