大黄素、川芎嗪对家兔低血容量性休克再灌注多脏器功能损害的影响

摘    要:目的研究联合应用大黄素、川芎嗪对家兔低血容量性休克再灌注多脏器功能损害的影响。方法将16只家兔分组后制成低血容量性休克再灌注多脏器功能损害模型,实验组给予大黄素、川芎嗪静脉注射,检测家兔休克前、休克90min时、药物处理后6h以及12h的血清CK、LDH、ALT及Cr水平,对比两组肺组织的湿/干重比。结果两组血清CK、ALT及Cr水平在药物处理后6h以及12h时差异均有显著性意义,两组血清LDH水平在药物处理后6h差异无显著性意义,但在药物处理后12h差异有显著性意义;两组肺组织的湿/干重比差异有显著性意义。结论联合应用大黄素、川芎嗪对家兔低血容量性休克再灌注多脏器功能损害的保护作用明显。

The Effect of Rhubarb and Ligustrazin in Multiple Organ Dysfunction Caused by Reperfusion Injury after Hemorrhagic Shock in Rabbits

Abstract:Objective To investigate the the effect of Rhubarb and Ligustrazin in multiple organ dysfunction caused by reperfusion injury after hemorrhagic shock in rabbits.Methods Using a hemorrhagic shock model,serum creatine kinase(CK),laclate dehydrogenase(LDH),alanine trasaminase(ALT) and creatinine(Cr) were measured in 16 rabbits on 4 different times,and the wet/dry ratio of lung tissue pieces were measured too.16 animals were randomly divided into Rhubarb and Ligustrazin treatment group(n=8) and nontreatment group(n=8).Results The final serum level of CK,LDH,ALT and Cr in the group treated by Rhubarb and Ligustrazin was markedly lower than in the an other group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The difference of the wet/dry ratio of lung tissue pieces between the two groups was significative(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that Rhubarb and Ligustrazin may have protective effect in multiple organ dysfunction caused by reperfusion injury after hemorrhagic shock in rabbits.The clinical study is worth to do deeply.
