济南地区正常成年女性腰椎骨密度检测分析

目的了解济南地区正常成年女性L1~L4各椎体骨密度正常值及变化规律。方法采用双能X线骨密度仪(DEXA)检测399例正常成人女性L1~L4各椎体和平均骨密度值(BMD),按5岁一个年龄组对数据进行整理和统计分析。结果女性各腰椎和平均BMD的峰值出现在35~39岁年龄组,后随年龄增加而逐渐变小,在65~74岁年龄组略有反弹;同年龄组L1~L4各个椎体骨密度值有逐渐加大的趋势,且各椎体均值和变化规律有较大差别。结论获取了济南地区正常成年女性各年龄组腰椎体BMD正常数据及变化特点。

Analysis of Bone Mineral Density of Lumbar Vertebrae in Female Adult in Jinan Area

Objective To understand the normal value and changes of bone mineral density(BMD) of lumbar vertebrae of healthyfemale adult in Jinan area.Methods BMD was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA) at lumbar vertebrae(L_1~L_4) in 399 healthy female adult in Jinan area.The data on the basis of 5 years in age as a group were analysed.Results The peak of BMD was in the group of 35~39 years old.There was a tendency of decreased BMD with the increasing age,while BMD was slightly increased in the group of 65~74 years old.BMD tended to increase from L_1 to L_4 in the same age group,the mean BMD and changes of BMD in every lumbar vertebrae were significant differences.Conclusion The normal range and characteristics of BMD in the lumbar vertebrae(L_1~L_4) of healthy female adult in Jinan area are gained in this study.
