埃兹蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

 目的 探讨埃兹蛋白（ezrin）在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。 方法 随机选择手术切除并经组织病理学检查确诊的胃癌组织标本 40 份和癌旁正常组织标本 30 份，应用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测 ezrin 的表达，并分析 ezrin 表达与胃癌患者年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、浸润和分化程度、有无淋巴结转移等临床病理因素的相关关系。 结果 ezrin 阳性表达率在胃癌组织为 55%（22/40），癌旁正常组织为 0，两者间差异有统计学意义（χ² = 18.07，P < 0.05）；在高、中、低分化胃癌组织分别为 30%（3/10）、53%（10/19）、82%（9/11）（χ² = 5.760，P < 0.05）；在有、无淋巴结转移胃癌组织分别为 72.7%（16/22）、33.3%（6/18） （χ² = 6.208，P < 0.05）。ezrin 表达与胃癌患者年龄、性别、肿块大小及浸润程度无明显相关（P > 0.05）。 结论 ezrin 在胃癌组织中呈高表达，并与胃癌的淋巴结转移及恶性程度呈负相关，是反映胃癌生物学行为的有价值 指标。

Expression of ezrin protein in gastric cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To determine the expression of ezrin in gastric cancer tissues and discuss its clinical significance. Methods A total of 40 samples of gastric cancer and 30 specimens of adjacent normal tissues were obtained after surgical treatment, and confirmed by histopathological examinations. The expression of ezrin was detected by immunohistochemistry using SP staining. The relations of the ezrin expression to the age and sex of the patients, diameter of the tumor, levels of tumor invasion and differentiation, and lymph node metastasis status were analyzed. Results The positive rate of expression of ezrin was 55% in the gastric cancer tissues, which was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues (0, χ2 = 18.07, P < 0.05). In the gastric cancer group, the rate was 30% (3/10), 53% (10/19), or 82% (9/11) respectively in the highly, moderately, or lowly differentiated cancer tissues (χ2 = 5.760, P < 0.05). The positive rate of ezrin in the cases with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in the cases without lymph node metastasis [72.7% (16/22) vs. 33.3% (6/18), χ2 = 6.208, P < 0.05]. No relationship was detected between the ezrin expression and the age and sex of the patients, and the volume and invasion level of the gastric tumor (P > 0.05). Conclusions Ezrin is overexpressed in gastric carcinoma and the expression is negatively associated with the Ducks stage and pathological grade of the carcinoma. The results indicate that ezrin play an important role in the etiology and development of gastric carcinoma.
