连续环形撕囊在成熟或过熟期白内障小切口非超声乳化摘除术中的应用

目的 探讨成熟或过熟期小切口非超乳白内障摘除术中前囊连续环形撕囊的手术操作。方法 67例成熟或过熟期白内障，前囊连续环形撕囊或开罐式截囊。结果 前囊连续环形撕囊成功61例，改为开罐式截囊6例。术中后囊破裂1例，部分悬韧带断裂1例。术后轻度角膜水肿6例，虹膜部分后粘连1例。结论 成熟或过熟期小切口非超乳白内障摘除术行前囊连续环形撕囊是获得安全持久的囊袋内植入人工晶体的最有效方法。

Clinical Use of Continuous Circular Capsulorhexis during Smallincision Nonphacoemulsification in Cases with Mature or Hypermature Cataract

Objective To discuss how to choose the methods of continuous circular capsulorhexis in cases with mature or hypermature cataract. Methods On sixty-seven mature or hypermature cataract patients,contimuous circular capsularhexis or can-opener capsulotomy was performed. Results Continuous circular capsularhexis was successful in 61 cases, failed or shifted to can-opener in 6 cases. There were posterior capsular rupture in 1 case,partial dehiscence of the zonule in 1 case. Postoperatively, there were mild corneal edema in 6 cases and iris POSterior synechia in 1 case. Conclusion Continuous circular capsularhexis is the key point to obtain a successful small-incision non-phacoemulsification for mature or hypermature cataract.
