| 摘 要： | 阿司匹林是抗血栓治疗的重要药物,阿司匹林抵抗是影响其疗效的常见原因.阿司匹林抵抗目前主要指实验室阿司匹林抵抗,可通过血栓素A_2测定,依赖血栓素的血小板功能试验来诊断.多项临床试验证实,实验室阿司匹林抵抗和临床血管事件相关.

| Abstract: | Aspirin is an important antithrombotic agent However, its clinical benefit is impaired by aspirin resistance.The term of "aspirin resistance" usually refers to laboratory resistance.It can be identified by measuring thromboxane A_2 or thromboxane-dependent platelet function.Clinical trials have shown that laboratory aspirin resistance is correlated with vascular events. |
