摘    要:目的:探讨N-Myc下游调节基因1(N-Myc downstream regulated gene1,NDRG1)蛋白和p27蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测54例宫颈癌组织,32例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)组织和28例正常宫颈组织中NDRG1蛋白和p27蛋白的表达,并分析它们与宫颈癌临床病理因素的关系。结果:宫颈癌组织中NDRG1的阳性表达率(77.8%)明显高于CIN组(46.9%)和正常宫颈组(28.9%),P〈0.0125;表达水平与间质浸润、有无淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05);与临床分期、组织病理分级、组织类型无关(P〉0.05)。p27蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率(33.3%)明显低于CIN组(62.5%)和正常宫颈组(92.9%),P〈0.0125;其表达水平与组织病理分级、间质浸润、淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05)。结论:NDRG1蛋白过表达、p27蛋白低表达与宫颈癌的发生发展有关,联合检测NDRG1与p27蛋白对于早期诊断宫颈癌以及判断其侵袭转移潜能及预后有一定参考价值。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of N-Myc downstream regulated gene1(NDRG1) protein and p27 protein in human cervical carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods: Expressions of NDRG1 protein and p27 protein were measured by SP immunohistochemical method in specimens of 54 cases of cervix cancer,32 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and 28 cases of normal cervical tissue.The relationship between NDRG1,p27 protein expressions and clinicopathological factors in cervical carcinoma were also analyzed.Results: The positive expression of NDRG1 in cervical carcinoma(77.8%) was remarkably higher than those in CIN(46.9%) and normal cervical tissue(28.9%),P0.0125.The expression of NDRG1 was relate to stromal invasion and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).However there were no correlations between the expression of NDRG1 to clinical staging,histopathological grading and histopathological types(P0.05).On the contrary,the positive expression of p27 in cervical carcinoma(33.3%) was remarkably lower than those in CIN(62.5%) and normal cervical tissue(92.9%),P0.0125.The expression of NDRG1 were relate to stromal invasion lymphnode metastasis and histopathological grading(P0.05).Conclusions: The overexpression of NDRG1 and the low expression of p27 protein is related to the occurrence and progression of cervical carcinoma.Detection of NDRG1 and p27 protein expression could provide important referent values for its early diagnosis,judging potentials of invasion and matastasis,and prognosis.
