| 摘 要： | 目的:观察参一胶囊联合化疗对胰腺癌患者外周血细胞水平及免疫细胞活性的影响。方法:66例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胰腺癌患者半随机分为两组,治疗组36例采用吉西他滨联合参一胶囊治疗,对照组30例采用吉西他滨单药治疗,观察两组治疗前后T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性的变化,比较两组的血液学毒副反应。结果:治疗组细胞免疫能力有不同程度提高,对照组免疫能力下降(P<0.05);治疗组血细胞计数无明显下降,毒副反应较轻,生活质量明显改善。结论:参一胶囊可作为晚期胰腺癌患者化疗的辅助用药,以提高机体免疫功能,降低化疗后血液学毒性反应的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of cellular immunity activity and levels of peripheral blood cells after the treatment by chemotherapy combined with Shenyi Capsule used for pancreatic cancer.Methods 36 cases with cancer of pancreas were given Shenyi Capsule combined with Gemcitabine chemotherapeutic protocol(group A),and the other 30 cases were given Gemcitabine chemotherapy only(group B).The activity of T cells and NK cells were examined in both group after treatment,and the toxic effects were also been compared.Results The activity of immunocyte was improved in group A,while it was weakened in group B.There was statistical significance(P < 0.05).Compared with group B,the toxic effects were milder in group A.Conclusion Shenyi Capsule can improve the activity of immunity and reduce the incidence hematotoxicity when used as adjuvant chemotherapy of advanced pancreatic cancer. |
