| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脑外伤后患者垂体激素的变化及临床意义。方法选取急性颅脑损伤住院患者300例,动态测定患者垂体激素水平,进行统计分析。结果急性脑外伤后患者多种垂体激素水平升高,颅脑损伤程度越重,伤后即刻垂体激素水平越高。随后激素水平逐渐下降。结论急性脑外伤后患者垂体激素水平可以作为伤情评价和预后判断的重要指标。

Dynamic Changes and Clinical Significance of Pituitary Hormones in Patients with Acute Craniocerebral Injury |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the dynamic changes and clinical significance of pituitary hormones in patients with acute craniocerebral injury. Methods Dynamic measurement of pituitary hormones on 300 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were performed and the data was analyzed statisticly. Results The levels of several pituitary hormones remarkably increased immediately after acute eranioeerebral injury and the severer the craniocerbral injury, the higher the level of pituitary hormones. The levels of several pituitary hormones gradually decreased over time. Conclusion The level of pituitary hormones in patients with acute craniocerebral injury can serve as a guideline for judging the injury degree and prognosis. |
