Efficacy of stable cardiac particles combined with amiodarone in patients with diabetes and arrhythmia and its effect on ventricular reconstruction

Objective To investigate efficacy of stable cardiac particles combined with amiodarone in patients with diabetes and arrhythmia and its effect on ventricular reconstruction.Methods 116 patients with diabetes and arrhythmia from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as reseach subjects,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group used conventional blood glucose reduction and amiodarone for treatment,and the treatment group was combined with stable cardiac particles on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ventricular remodeling,and cardiac function indexes between the two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency in the treatment group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than 86.21%in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the LVEDD and LVESD of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the LVEF was higher than before treatment.The LVEDD and LVESD of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stable cardiac particles combined with amiodarone treat diabetes with arrhythmia,which can significantly reduce sugar and improve arrhythmia,contribute to ventricular remodeling,and the combined medication has fewer adverse reactions and high safety,which is worth clinical application.
