| 摘 要： | BODE指数是一种较单一指标在评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者预后方面更加有效的复合评分系统.BODE指数包括体质量指数、肺功能、呼吸困难和运动能力4个方面.由于其良好的评估作用,目前已被用于在COPD患者中预测生存率.预测肺减容术后的生存率,作为运动耐量标准.预测住院率、生活质量,评估病情、疗效等等.

| Abstract: | BODE index,a simple multidimensional grading system,is better than the only one index in predicting the prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).BODE index includes body-mass index(B),degree of airflow obstruction(O),dyspnea(D)and exercise capacity(E).Besides its excellent predictive power,it is used to predict the risk of death,survival rate after 1ung volume reduction surgery,hospitalization.Meanwhile,it is used to be a standard of sports maximal Oxygen consumption and estimate degree of patients"condition,curative effects in COPD,etc. |
