路边店艾滋病/性病预防知识宣教和行为干预

[目的]提高路边店女性服务人员性病艾滋病知识知晓率和安全套的使用率,促进行为改变,增加其预防艾滋病性病的能力,遏制艾滋病/性病在该类人群中的传播蔓延。[方法]采用对领导层倡导,建立多部门合作的艾滋病防治管理体系。在对目标人群需求评估的基础上,采取形式多样的方法进行宣传和干预。[结果]目标人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率和安全套使用率有所提高,自我保护意识增强;项目工作人员能力提高,基本形成多部门合作的防治体系。[结论]项目工作的成功为探索在路边店性服务人员中开展性病艾滋病防治干预活动积累经验。

Dissemination of STD/HIV/AIDS knowledge and behavior intervention in inns around roads

Objective:to increase the awareness rate of STD/HIV/AIDS knowledge and using rate of condoms,to promote behavior change,to enhance the ability to prevent STD/HIV/AIDS,and to curb the transmission of STD/HIV/AIDS in this population.Methods:Leaders' advocacy,establishment of management system of multi-sectors' cooperation against AIDS,and various means of dissemination of knowledge and intervention based on the needs assessment for the target population.Results:The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge and the using rate of condoms have risen and the self-protection awareness has increased;the work ability of project staff has improved and the preventive system of multi-sector's cooperation has been formed primarily.Conclusions:The achievement of project work has accumulated the experiences to develop STD/HIV/AIDS intervention activities among the sex workers in the inns around roads.
