乌鲁木齐市口腔医院医疗设备现况调查与分析

目的：探讨乌鲁木齐市口腔医院医疗设备的构成与医疗收入的关系以及8万元以上医疗设备和牙科综合治疗机的成本效益。方珐：对全院734件医疗设备的构成情况以及近6年的医疗设备数量、价值的增长与医疗收人的关系进行调查，并采用效益成本比法（BCR）对2004年医院8万元以上的医疗设备和牙科综合治疗机进行成本效益分析。结果：医疗设备的增长与医疗收入总体上成正比关系。牙科综合治疗机在该院取得了较好的经济效益。8万元以上的医疗设备（不含牙科综合治疗机）经济效益较低。结论：医院在引进医疗设备时，要把资金重点投向中小型的治疗设备上。对较大型的医疗设备在购置前要做好全面、科学的论证，购置后要采取一定的措施提高其使用率，要建立一套完整的医疗设备效益评价体系。

A survey and analysis on the medical treatment instruments of Urumqi stomatological hospital

Objective: To analyze and discuss the constitution of the medical treatment instruments in Urumqi stomatological hospital, the relation with medical treatment income, and also on the cost-effective of medical treatment instruments which cost more than $80000 and the comprehensive dentistry treatment machine, finally coming up with suggestions. Methods: Through the survey on the constitution of 734 medical treatment instruments in the hospital and the relationship between the increase of number and value of medical treatment instruments in the last six years and medical treatment income, and also to make a cost-effective analysis with the method of BCR on the medical treatment instruments costing more than $80000 and the comprehensive dentistry treatment machine. Results: The hospital put great emphasis on the introduction of medical treatment instruments. In general the proportion between the increase of medical treatment instruments and medical treatment income was direct. The comprehensive dentistry treatment machine played an important role in elevating economic benefits of the hospital. The economic benefits of medical treatment instruments costing less than $80000 (except the comprehensive dentistry treatment machine) were comparatively low. Conclusions:When introducing the medical treatment instruments in the hospital, we should mainly spend funds on the medium and small ones. While about pretty large instruments, we should make comprehensive and scientific proof before purchase, after which the utilizing rate should be increased through some measures. At last a whole evaluation system of medical treatment instrument effective should be established.
