临床路径在前列腺增生症手术患者中的应用研究

目的研究临床路径在前列腺增生症手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择前列腺增生症执行经尿道等离子电切术的患者50例,随机分为2组,实验组按制定好的临床路径实施每日的诊疗护理计划;对照组按常规模式工作,比较2组患者在住院日、住院费用、满意度等方面有无差异性。结果实验组患者的平均住院日、住院费用等方面明显低于对照组(P<0.01),医、护、患三者的满意率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论按临床路径对前列腺增生症手术患者实施每日的诊疗护理计划,可减少无效住院日,降低住院费用,提高医疗护理服务质量,并具有良好的应用前景。

Study on clinical pathway applied in patients with benign prostate hyperplasia surgery

Objective To study the application effect of the clinical pathway in the patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) following PKRP. Methods 50 patients with BPH and undergoing PKRP were selected and divided into two groups randomly. Experimental group was cured according to the clinical pathway, and control group received the routine treatment. The average days in hospital, medical cost and the level of satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The average days in hospital and the cost of experimental group were less than that of control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.01). The satisfaction rate of the patients and medical workers of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions In the patient with BPH, clinical pathway can reduce their days in hospital and the medical cost, and improve the quality of medical service, so it has very good applied foreground.
