医务人员职业防护现状调查及对策分析

[目的]了解医务人员职业暴露及防护意识的现状,分析医务人员职业暴露的影响因素,提出职业防护建议。[方法]利用问卷抽样调查成都市区300名医务人员的职业暴露情况、职业防护知识及自我防护意识情况,用非条件Logistic分析影响医务人员职业暴露的因素。[结果]发放调查问卷300份,获得有效问卷282份,问卷有效回收率为94%。有61%的医务人员在过去一年内有锐器损伤史,共发生697例次损伤,平均每人发生锐器损伤4.05例次。经多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,发现与医务人员职业暴露有关的因素为职业、工龄、医院级别、对防护知识的了解情况、科室及HBV疫苗的接种情况。[结论]要降低医务人员的职业暴露率,必须针对医务人员职业暴露危险因素的特点,制定有效的、适宜的防护对策。
