经皮膀胱造瘘输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗高龄高危膀胱结石患者12例

目的：探讨经皮膀胱造瘘输尿管镜下钬激光治疗高龄高危膀胱结石患者的安全性和效果。方法：不适宜经尿道手术的高龄高危膀胱结石患者12例,先予以积极控制基础疾病,改善一般状况,然后采用局麻下经皮膀胱造瘘输尿管镜下钬激光碎石。结果：12例成功完成钬激光碎石手术,手术时间15～55min,平均40 min,所有病人均获随访,平均6(1~ 24)个月,无结石复发及严重尿路感染。结论：经皮膀胱造瘘输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗膀胱结石安全有效,适宜于高龄高危不适宜经尿道途径碎石的患者。

Percutaneous cystostomy ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy in 12 cases of high-risk patients with bladder stones

Objective: To study the percutaneous cystostomy ureteroscopic holmium laser in the treatment of elderly patients with bladder calculi safety and effect. Methods: 12 cases of urethra operation is not suitable for the elderly and high risk patients of bladder stones, to actively control the underlying disease, improve the general condition, and then using local anesthesia percutaneous cystostomy ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy. Results: 12 cases were successfully completed the holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy operation, operation time was 15 ~ 55min, average 40 min, all patients were followed up, with an average of 6 (1~ 24) months, no stone recurrence and severe urinary tract infection. Conclusion: percutaneous cystostomy ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy for treatment of bladder calculi is safe and effective, suitable for the elderly is not suitable for transurethral approach stone patients.
