关节镜辅助下Orthcord线捆扎治疗青少年髁间棘撕脱骨折

目的 探讨关节镜辅助下采用Orthcord线捆扎治疗青少年髁间棘撕脱骨折的方法和疗效。方法 2013年1月至2014年1月,本科室收治青少年髁间棘撕脱骨折共25例,男18例,女7例；年龄8-16岁,平均年龄13岁；根据Meyers-Mckeever-Zaricnyi骨折分型,II型15例,III型10例(IIIA型6例,IIIB型4例),25例患者均采用在关节镜下先清理骨折残端后Orthcord线捆扎复位固定骨折,并采用Orthcord线捆扎固定。结果 术后随访共24例,随访时间12月,术后3个月,6个月,12个月前抽屉试验和Lachman试验均为阴性。术后3个月,6个月,12个月Lysholm膝关节评分分别为：3月(85.00±2.2),6月(89.25±4.11),12个月(97.25±2.83)。所有患者膝关节功能恢复良好。结论 关节镜辅助下Orthcord线捆扎的方法固定髁间棘撕脱骨折,固定牢固,效果肯定,是一种安全,有效的治疗青少年髁间棘撕脱骨折的方法。

Arthroscopic fixation of intercondylar eminence avulsion fractures in adolescent using orthcord suture

Objective To investigate the method and the clinical outcomes of arthroscopic fixation of intercondylar eminence avulsion fractures in adolescent using orthcord suture. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014, 25 patients(male 18, female 7; type II 15 cases; type III 10 cases)with an average age of 13 years who suffered intercondylar eminence avulsion fractures underwent surgery treatment. Each patient underwent arthroscopic reduction and fixation by using orthcord suture. Results Twenty-four patients were follow-up for 12 months. The Anterior drawer test and Lachman test were all negative in 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery. The Lysholm scores were 85.00±2.2 points in 3 months, 89.25±4.11 points in 6 months,97.25±2.83 points in 12 months.The function of Knee joint of all patients recovered well. Conclusion It is a firm and effective method to use orthcord suture to fix intercondylar eminence avulsion fractures in adolescent under arthroscopy assisted.
