滤泡性膀胱炎16例临床分析

目的探讨滤泡性膀胱炎的诊治方法及预后。方法回顾分析2008年9月至2013年9月收治的16例滤泡性膀胱炎患者的临床资料。16例患者均为女性，年龄45~71（51.2±6.7）岁。6例病灶位于膀胱三角区，行经尿道电切术；5例病灶主要位于膀胱三角区，其余各壁也有散在分布，行经尿道电切术+电灼术，术后予口服木聚硫钠及膀胱灌注二甲基亚砜治疗；5例病灶布满膀胱各壁且合并膀胱颈口梗阻，行膀胱镜活检+经尿道膀胱颈口电切术，术后予口服木聚硫钠及膀胱灌注二甲基亚砜治疗。结果术后随访24~48个月，平均34个月。6例完全治愈，10例症状明显缓解。结论滤泡性膀胱炎根据病变的范围，可行手术治疗，术后口服木聚硫钠及膀胱灌注二甲基亚砜，可取得较好疗效。

Clinical analysis of 16 cases of follicular cystitis

Objective To review the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of follicular cystitis. Methods Clinical data of sixteen patients with follicular cystitis admitted in Jinhua Municipal Center Hospital from 2008 to 2013 were reviewed retrospectively. All the patients were females, whose ages ranged from 45 to 71 (51.2±6.7). Six patients with follicular cystitis in trigonum vesicae were treated with transurethral electrosection. Five patients, in whom the lesions were mainly located in trigonum vesicae with scattered distribution, were treated by transurethral electrosection and electrofulguration, and oral administration of pentosan polysulfate sodium and intravesical instillation of dimethyl sulfoxide following the operation. Other 5 patients with widespread lesions and bladder neck obstruction were treated with cystoscopic biopsy plus transurethral resection of the bladder neck, and oral take of pentosan polysulfate sodium and intravesical instillation of dimethyl sulfoxide following the operation. Results Patients were followed up for 34 months (24~48 months) after the operation, completed remission in 6 cases andsymptoms were alleviated in 10 cases. Conclusion According to the site of lesions, patients with follicular cystitis can be treated with operation, with or without oral take of pentosan polysulfate sodium and intravesical instillation of dimethyl sulfoxide following the operation.
