有氧运动对高胆固醇血症小鼠主动脉壁超微结构的影响

摘    要:
为深入探讨AS的运动医疗防治机理,应用电镜技术对实验性高胆固醇血症小鼠主动脉壁超微结构的病理变化及有氧运动对主动脉壁超微结构的影响进行了观察。结果显示,在致AS的高胆固醇饮食条件下,AS组小鼠主动脉壁呈现明显的AS病变,而经11周有氧耐力训练的HE组小鼠主动脉病变程度远比AS组轻微。表明有氧运动能明确地减少主动脉壁胆固醇的沉着及其相关病损,从而有效地阻抑AS病变的发生。

Abstract:
In order to investigate the mechanism of preventing atherosclerosis (AS) with sports medical treatrnent, the present studyoborved pathological changes of ultrastructures of aorta wall and the effect of aerobic exercise on ultrastructure of aorta wall in experimental hypercholesterolemia mice with electron microscope. The results showed that under the condition of high - cholesteroldiet, sigrificant pathological changes appeared in the aorta wall of AS mice, while the changes in HE mice undergoing 11 - weekaerobic endurance training were far less. The results suggested that the aerobic exercise might decrease cholesterol depositof aortawall and relevant pathological changes so significantly that it might prevent effectively the occurrence of pathological changes ofAS.
