舒适护理在冠状动脉腔内支架植入术后的应用

目的观察舒适护理在冠状动脉腔内支架植入术后应用效果。方法随机选择220例经股动脉行冠状动脉腔内支架植人术后的冠心病患者，分为对照组和干预组，每组各110例。对照组按冠状动脉腔内支架植入术前后常规护理。干预组在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理。分别观察两组患者出血、血肿和假性动脉瘤的发生率及患者的不适率和满意度。结果两组出血、血肿及假性动脉瘤的发生率无明显差异（P〉0．05）。对照组和干预组患者在腰酸、背痛、睡眠不佳、排尿困难、食欲下降等不适和满意度方面，两组结果具有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理不但未增加出血和血肿及假性动脉瘤的发生率，且提高患者住院期间的舒适度和满意度。

Application of comfort care in the transluminal coronary artery stent implantation

Objective To observe the effects of comfort care after stenting transluminal coronary artery. Methods 220 cases of coronary heart disease intervented through the femoral artery by transluminal stenting were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 110 cases respectively. The control group was implemented in routine care before and after coronary stent implantation and the intervention group was carried out with comfort care on the basis of conventional care. The incidence of bleeding, hematoma,pseudoaneurysm, rate of discomfort and satisfication were analyzed. Results The incidence of bleeding,hematoma and pseudoaneurysm was of no statistical significance( P＞0.05 ) while the rate with sore waist and back pain, unable sleeping, urinary difficulty and anorexia was statistically significant ( P＜ 0.05 )between the control group and the intervention group. Conclusion Comfort care does not increase the incidence of bleeding, hematoma and pseudoaneurysm, but improve the extent of comfort and satisfaction of patients during hospitalization.
