布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期效果观察

摘    要:目的:观察布地耐德雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法:将60例AECOPD住院患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组30例患者,在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德混悬液1mg+可必特2.5ml联合雾化吸入,对照组30例患者在常规治疗的基础上给予甲强龙40mg静脉滴注,可必特2.5ml雾化吸入。在入院7天时比较两组患者的临床疗效、肺功能情况、治疗前后的血气变化情况,同时观察临床症状及不良反应。结果:治疗组患者总有效率为83.3%,显著高于对照组的66.7%,P〈0.05;治疗组治疗后的肺功能情况、血气变化均显著优于对照组,P〈0.05。绪论:布地耐德雾化吸入能够改善AECOPD患者肺功能及临床症状,与全身使用糖皮质激素相比疗效更佳,且不良反应明显减少。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of inhating budesonide suspenion in treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods:The 60 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups,'treatment group of 30 cases were given the atomizing inhalation therapy of BudcsonideSuspension(lmg) and Combivent (2.5ml) On the basis of conventional therapy; control group of 30 cases were given the treatment of injection of methylprednisolone(40 rag) and Combivent (2.5ml). the two groups are compared in Clinical efficacy,pul- monary function and blood gas changes before and after treatment at seventh day, meanwhile observed the clinical symptoms as well as the side effect. Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3% ,which was significantly higher than the control group 66.7%, P〈0.05. pulmonary function and blood gas change in treatment group significantly better than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion: The treatment of budesonide inhalation can improved the lung function and the clinical symptom of patients with AECOPD. There is a better effect and less side-effect than glucocorticoid intravenously.
