带锁髓内钉固定治疗股骨干骨折术后骨迟缓愈合、不愈合的效果观察

目的：分析探讨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折后骨迟缓愈合、不愈合的效果。方法：21例成人股骨干骨折手术后骨迟缓愈合及不愈合采用股骨带锁髓内钉重新内固定,观察治疗效果。结果：所有患者术后随访15个月～32个月,影像学检查证实21例患者经治疗后6～14个月均达到骨性愈合,骨折成角畸形均得到矫正、膝关节功能均有明显改善;无术后感染、再次更换锁钉等病例发生。结论：带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折术后骨迟缓愈合及不愈合具有固定牢固、可进行术后早期功能训练、促进骨折愈合等应用特点。

An observation about the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in patients of nonunion and de- layed union of femural shaft fractures

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in patients of nonunion and delayed union of femural shaft fractures. Methods：21 adults of nonunion and delayed union of femural shaft fractures were treated by interlocking intramedullary nail. The clinical effects were measured. Result： All pa- tients took follow--up of 15 to 32 month. All cases achieved bone healing in 6 to 14 months after the treat- ment. All angulation deformities and knee function has significantly improved. No postoperative infection reo- peration occurred. Conclusion：Interlocking intramedullary nail in treating patients of nonunion and delayed u- nion of femural shaft fractures has its clinical value.
