| 摘 要： | 利用双波长薄层扫描法测定六合维生素中维生素B2的含量。确定扫描条件,λS439nm,λR640nm,维生素B2在6~18μg线性关系很好,平均回收率99.81%,可作为复方制剂中维生素B2的含量测定方法。 |

| Abstract: | To establish a method to determine ViaminB2 in Vitamins With Minerals Pills by TLCS.Developer was chloroform-ethanol-acetic acid-water(60:27:10:4).Detection wavelength was 439nm and reference wavelength was 640nm.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 6~18μg.The average recovery was 99.81%.This method can eliminate the interference of other components in pills,and is sensitive,simple and accurate for the determination of ViaminB2. |
