血清铁蛋白与肝硬化Child—Pugh分级的关系

目的探讨肝硬化患者血清铁蛋白与肝硬化病变程度及血清肝纤维化指标的关系。方法测定肝硬化患者血清铁蛋白及血清肝纤维化指标。结果随着临床肝硬化程度的加重，血清肝纤维化指标及铁蛋白逐渐升高，肝硬化患者SF与PCⅢ、IV—C、LN及HA呈正相关（P〈0．01），SF含量随着肝纤维化程度逐渐增高，r=0．628（P〈0．001）。结论肝硬化血清铁蛋白与血清肝纤维化有一定的相关性。联合检查PCⅢ、IV—C、LN、HA及铁蛋白对估测肝硬化的严重程度及预后估计有一定的临床价值，

Relatlonship between Serum Ferritin and Child-Pugh Class in Patients with Cirrhosis

Objective To study the relationship among serum ferritin, liver fibrosis markers and ehild-Pugh class in patients with cirrhosis. Methods The levels of serum ferritin, type m procollagen （ PC-Ⅲ ） , collagen type IV （ IV-C ） , laminin and hyaluronate acid in 76 patients with cirrhosis were measured. Results The serum Pc-Ⅲ ,V-C,LN and HA increased gradually with the degree of clinical liver cirrhosis deteriorated and serum ferritin increased gradually too. Serum ferritin was significant correlation to PC-Ⅲ,IV-C,LN and HA（P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion There is a close relationship between serum ferritin and serum liver fibrosis. Measuring the concentration of serum ferritin PC-Ⅲ, IV-C, LN and HA simultaneously has utilizable and reliable value in predicting the degrees and prognes is of liver cirrhosis.
