| 摘 要： | 人类白细胞抗原G是非经典的人类白细胞抗原I类分子,具有复杂的免疫耐受功能.最近有研究表明在一些实体瘤、病毒感染的细胞、移植器官和表皮炎性疾病中都有其表达.该文对人类白细胞抗原G的基因结构、生物学功能、组织分布等方面的最新研究进展及与呼吸系统疾病的相关性作一综述.

| Abstract: | Human leukocyte antigen-G, a nonclassical human leukocyte antigen class I molecule, is responsible for complex immunoinhibitory functions. The expression of human leukocyte antigen-G has been recently reported in some solid tumors,virally infected cells,transplanted organs and cutaneous inflammatory diseases.This paper describes research progress of human leukocyte antigen-G in the genetic structure,biological function,and tissue distribution. Moreover, it outlines the relationship between human leukocyte antigeu-G and the respiratory disease. |
