开展糖尿病教育护士培训班的临床效果

目的探讨糖尿病教育护士培训班对非内分泌专科护士掌握糖尿病知识和操作技能的作用，及对在非内分泌专科住院的糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响。方法将全院78个非内分泌病房随机分为两组，实验组30个病房，对照组48个病房。实验组病房各选派1名护士参与糖尿病教育护士培训班，培训前后进行糖尿病知识及操作技能问卷的考核，且在培训后对两组病房内的156例糖尿病患者进行糖尿病知识及自我管理能力问卷考核。结果实验组护士培训后糖尿病知识及操作技能的掌握明显好于培训前（P〈0．01），实验组糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识及自我管理能力明显好于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论糖尿病教育护士培训班提升了护士的职业素质和操作技能水平，提高了糖尿病患者自我管理能力。

Clinical effect of diabetes education for nurses

Objective To study the effects of diabetes education on mastering diabetes knowledge and skills in non-endocrinology nurse specialists, and on self-management of diabetes inpatients in non-endocrinology wards. Methods All non-endocrinology wards in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Each representative from the experimental group (n = 30) was involved in the diabetes education for nurses and no one from the control group (n = 48 ) was involved. 30 nurses from the experimental group filled the questionnaires about diabetes knowledge and skills before and after the training, while 156 diabetes inpatients randomly chosen from each group (2 in each ward) filled the questionnaires about diabetes knowledge and selfmanagement. Results Significant improvement of diabetes knowledge and skills in the experimental group was found after the training(P ＜ 0. 01 ), and diabetes knowledge and self-management of the diabetes inpatients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusions The diabetes education for nurses enhances professional quality and operating skill of the nurses and improves selfmanagement of the diabetes.
