| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT对脑转移瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法对31例脑转移瘤患行CT平扫和增强扫描。结果31例中原发瘤以肺癌居多，共18例(占58％)，脑转移瘤有常见好发部位及典型CT表现，亦有少见部位和特殊少见CT征象。结论脑转移瘤有原发瘤史诊断较易，CT表现不典型但无原发瘤史又疑为脑转移瘤应常规行胸部X线检查，正确诊断应多方面综合分析鉴别诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic Value of CT in brain metastases.Methods Brain metastases in 31 cases were examined by CT with plain scan and intravenous contrast enhancement.Results The most origin of brain metastasis was lung cancer(58%).There were frequent locations and CT appearances in brain metastasis,but there were also seldom locations and very rare features.Conclusion Brain metastasis is easily to be diagnosed from primary tumor.Routine chest X-ray examination should be performed in suspectable metastatic cases without typical brain CT findings.Comprehensive evaluation is necessary for correct diagnosis. |
