农民对新型农村合作医疗认知与评价的调查与研究

目的：了解新型农村合作医疗（下称新农合）实施以来农民对其认知和评价，为评价新农合的实施效果与完善新农合制度提供依据。方法：采用多阶段抽样的方法，抽取样本进行人户调查。结果：农民对新农合的总知晓率为52．5％，23．6％知道国家出钱；64．0％知道定点医院；77．0％知道报销程序；52．8％的农民生病时选择去乡镇卫生院就诊；90．7％认为新农合对农民有好处。结论：农民对新农合的知晓程度尚在了解阶段，应该加强宣传教育工作，完善新农合政策。

An investigation of farmers' knowledge and evaluation of new- type rural cooperative medical system (CMS)

Objective To look into the situation of farmers' knowledge and evaluation of new-type rural Cooperative Medical System(CMS),so as to offer scientific basis for appraising and improving new-type rural CMS.Methods Multistage sampling method was adopted to select farmers from eleven pilot counties and information was got by household interview.Results The gross knowledge rate is 52.5%.Only 23.6% know that government provides financial support for CMS,while 64.0% know somethng about the contract hospital.77.0% of them know how to submit an expense account,and 52.8% go to the township clinics when they are ill.90.7% think CMS is beneficial for farmers.Conclusions Some farmers still know little about CMS,therefore,we should give more publicity to the new-type rural CMS,and improve new-type rural CMS.
