| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜行结直肠癌根治术的可行性。方法：回顾性分析2001年来41例腹腔镜结直肠癌手术病人临床和病理资料。结果：41病例中无围手术期死亡。腹腔镜手术时间平均为128min，出血量5～100m1，淋巴结清除数平均12．9个(3～33个)。随访1个月至2年，患者均健在，目前尚未发现有小切13和穿刺孔转移。结论：腹腔镜技术在结直肠恶性肿瘤根治性手术中有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the availability of laparoscopic curative colorectomy for colorectal cancer.Methods:To retrospectively analyze clinical and pathological data of 41 patients treated with laparoscopic curative radical colorectomy because of colorectal cancer.Results:There was no death in all the patients perioperation. The average operative time was 128 min.There were 5ml~100ml bleeding during the operation.The average number of lymphonodius was 12 9. There was no port site recurrence to be found during the fellow ups from one month to two years.Conclusion:The study suggests that Laparoscopic curative colorectomy for carcinoma of colon and rectum is a less invasive technique with a broad prospect. |
