试谈中医骨科的特色与发展

“小夹板固定”源于古希腊,不可能是中医骨科特色。“葛洪自属道家,但偶集方书,不闻治验”,不可能成为“开拓了中国骨科骨折小夹板外固定疗法的历史”的“创伤骨科创始人”。按照西医骨折间接愈合理论设想的“三期用药”乃是削足道履,不可能符合中医的理法方药要求,也不可能反映丰富多彩和光照千秋的中医骨科成就。其“受冷落”,乃是必然的。二期愈合并非唯一的骨折愈合方式;戴着有色眼镜看中医不可能窥其堂奥并得其精蕴;更速论所谓“发展”。中医骨科特色有两点：“或用灵敏之手法,或用灵验之药品”。手法即“功夫”或按摩,数百年前传八法国,迄今为欧芙“正骨”业者的鼻祖,仍很“热”,未曾被“冷落”;“灵验药品”五花八门,“而在奇特跌打药中,竞有在数小时内,将骨接好,翌日即能步履,一星期即完全平复者”。在科技发展的今天,应该首先还原中医骨科固有的本色,不应该再为“小夹板”论者所惑而贻笑大方。
