甲地孕酮提高恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的临床研究

目的：为了进一步评价甲地孕酮（艾诺克，MA）提高恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量的疗效和不良反应。方法：327例住院的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组，治疗组用艾诺克加化疗，对照组用单纯化疗。两组中同一种病命名的化疗方案相同，治疗组在化疗前l周开始服用艾诺克（160—320mg·d^-1）至化疗结束后2周。观察两组食欲、体重、Kamofsky评分、疼痛、胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制结果。结果：治疗组食欲改善153例（82．5％），体重增加124例（66．7％），KPs评分增加165例（89．0％），疼痛减轻82例（44．0％），胃肠道无反应149例（80．2％），白细胞正常141例（75．8％）；对照组食欲改善29例（20．9％），体重增加22例（15．4％），KPS评分增加29例（20．9％），疼痛减轻17例（11．9％），胃肠道无反应57例（40．3％），白细胞正常23例（16．4％），两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），并未见明显不良反应。结论：艾诺克能显著改善恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量及恶液质，并具有一定的抗癌痛和保护骨髓的作用，符合目前肿瘤治疗的需求，值得临床推广应用。

A Clinical Study on the Life Quality of Patients with Malignant Tumors Treated by Megestrol Acetate

OBJECTIVE： To further evaluate the efficacy of Megestrol acetate （Ai nuoke, MA） in improving the life quality of patients with malignant tumors and its side effects. METHODS： 327 inpatients with malignant tumors were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group received Ai Nuoke （Ai Nuoke at a dosage of 160- 320 mg·d^-1 was administered 1 week prior to chemotherapy until 2 weeks after the completion of chemotherapy） combined chemotherapy, while the control group received chemotherapy alone. In the two groups, the same disease received the same chemotherapy. The appetite, body weight, Karnofsky score, pain, gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression in two groups were compared. RESULTS： In the treatment group versus the control group, the appetite improvement was seen in 153 cases （82. 5%） in treatment group versus 29 cases （20.9%） in control group, weight gain in 124 cases （66.7%） versus 22 cases （15.4%）, KPS score increase in 165 （89.0%） versus 29 eases （20.9%）, pain mitigation in 82 eases （44.0%） versus 17 eases （11.9%）, gastrointestinal reactionfree in 149 eases （80.2%） versus 57 eases （40.3%）, normal WBC in 141 cases （75.8%） versus 23 cases （16.4%）, showing significant difference between the treatment group and the control group （P 〈 0.01）, and no obvious side reactions were noted. CONCLUSION： Ai Nuoke can significantly improve the life quality as well as the dyscrasia of patients with malignant tumors; furthermore, it has anti - cancerous pain effect and protective effect on bone marrow, meeting the current demand for cancer treatment, thus deserving of clinical application.
