摘    要:
目的:研究反复试管婴儿(IVF-ET)失败与卵细胞染色体非整倍体间的相关关系。方法:取反复IVF-ET失败和初次行IVF-ET患者助孕技术后未能受精成功的卵母细胞,采用多色荧光原位杂交方法检测两组卵母细胞13、16、18、21和22号染色体的核型情况。结果:反复IVF-ET失败组卵母细胞的非整倍体率为66.67%,明显高于初次行IVF-ET患者的未受精卵母细胞的非整倍体率为30.77%(P<0.025)。结论:卵细胞的非整倍体异常可能是导致反复lVF-ET失败的一个重要原因。

Abstract:
To investigate the correlation between repeated IVF-ET failure (RIF) and oocyte aneuploidy. Methods: Multicolor fluorescence in situ hybridization (M-FISH) was applied to check the chromosome status in oocytes for chromome 13, 16, 18, 21 and 22- Results: 66. 7% of oocytes from RIF patients were aneuploidy, much higher than the aneuploidy rate from the patients with first IVF-ET(P<0. 025). Conclusion: Oocyte aneuploidy could be an important reason of repeated IVF failure.
