电针治疗功能性便秘临床疗效评价

目的：通过观察功能性便秘患者治疗前后的Bristole粪便性状评分量表（ BSFS ）、便秘患者临床评分量表（ CCS）以及便秘患者生活质量量表评分（ PAC-QOL）的变化以及有效率来客观的评价电针对功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法：采用随机抽样的方法将51例确诊患者分为电针治疗组26例和普通针刺对照组25例。电针组以双侧天枢、腹结、上巨虚、支沟及照海为主穴进行电针治疗，针刺组取穴相同，进行普通针刺治疗，治疗前后分别记录BSFS、CCS及PAC-QOL评分量表。结果：电针组、针刺组治疗前后BSFS、CCS及PAC-QOL评分均有显著变化（P＜0．05），其中电针组CCS、PAC-QOL评分变化要明显大于针刺组（P＜0．05），而两者在BSFS评分上无明显差异（P＞0．05）；电针组总有效率大于针刺组（ P＜0．05）。结论：电针和普通针刺对功能性便秘均有疗效，电针在治疗效果、改善便秘临床评分及生活质量上要优于普通针刺。

Evaluation of Clinically Curative Effect on Functional Constipation by Electroacupunture

Objective：To appraise the clinical effect of electroacupuncture treatment on functional constipation by observing Bristole excrement character rating scale （ BSFS ） , numeric rating constipation scales （ CCS ） , PAC-QOL and treatment efficiency before and after treatment among functional consitipation patients.Meth-ods：Fifty-one patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups：an electroacupun-ture group with 26 cases（ Tianshu,Fujie, Shangjuxu,Zhigou and Zhaohai） and a normal acupuncture group with 25 cases（ the same main points） .The electroacupuncture group was treated by electroacupuncture .The normal group was treated just by common acupuncture.Record BSFS, CCS and PAC-QOL assessment scale before and after treatment,respectively.Results：Total scores of BSFS, CCS and PAC -QOL showed that compared with those before treatment, the changes of the electroacupuncture group and the normal group were significant;the total efficiency in electroacupuncture was greater than that in normal group.Conclusion：EA and general acu-puncture are effective for functional constipation, but the electroacupuncture treatment can improve clinical scores of constipation and quality of life much better than ordinary acupuncture.
