胰岛素强化治疗重型颅脑损伤60例的疗效观察

目的探讨强化胰岛素治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法60例重型颅脑损伤病例分为强化治疗组（强化组）和胰岛素常规治疗组（常规组），观测治疗前后两组血糖、临床恢复效果及死亡率。结果强化组的血糖比常规治疗组的低（P〈0．05），强化组的疗效优于治疗组（P〈0．05）。结论胰岛素强化治疗能有效改善重型颅脑损伤患者的预后。

Insulin treatment of severe head injury clinical observation of 60 Cases

Objective To intensive insulin therapy severe head injury in clinical efficacy. Methods 60 cases of severe brain injury cases were divided into group therapy (to strengthen) and conventional insulin treatment group (conventional), and observation of blood glucose, the resumption of the clinical efficacy and mortality. Results The group's blood sugar than the conventional treatment group of low (P < 0.05), evaluation of the effect of strengthening the group is better than the treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intensive insulin therapy can effectively improve the patients with severe brain injury prognosis.
