| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清降钙素原在菌阴肺结核活动性的判定价值。方法采用荧光酶免疫分析法对①初治菌阴活动性肺结核患者,②非活动性肺结核患者,③健康体检者的血清降钙素原进行检测,并对结果进行比较分析。结果第1组血清降钙素原水平（0.45±0.05）ng/mL均高于第2组（0.11±0.05）ng/mL和第3组（0.09±0.05）ng/mL。第2组和第3组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论血清降钙素原水平在菌阴肺结核患者中轻微升高,可考虑作为临床判定菌阴肺结核活动性的辅助指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the serum procalcitonin and culture negative tuberculosis activity value judgment.Method ①Untreated patients with active tuberculosis culture negative,②Non-active tuberculosis,③Healthy serum calcitonin original detect fluorescence enzyme immunoassay,and the results of a comparative analysis.Results Group 1 serum procalcitonin levels （0.45±0.05） ng/mL] were higher than the second group （0.11±0.05） ng/mL] and group 3 （0.09±0.05） ng/mL].Group 2 and Group 3 was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions Serum procalcitonin levels slightly elevated culture negative tuberculosis patients,may be considered as supplementary indicators of clinical judgment and culture negative tuberculosis activity. |
