| 摘 要： | 211 patients (260 eyes) with various cornealscars were treated with 764-1 eyedrops.The overalleffective rate was 88.4%,with remarkable effect in54.2%.These results were much better in comparisonwith those using Dionin.764-1 eyedrops were effective for both newand old scars.Improvement of vision occurred asearly as on the 4th day of treatment.85.6% of thepatients showed improvement within 30 days,thoughgeneraly 2 courses(6 months)of treatment wererequired for good results.Follow-up observation ofthe treated patients after 3-4.5 years showed stabilityin their improved vision.We are recommending theuse of 764-1 for corneal scars for their quick andstable effects,easy application,low cost,and absenceof side effects.
