姜黄素对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:
目的观察姜黄素在体外对多种常见肿瘤细胞增殖的影响。方法分别用0、1、2、5、10、20、50、100μmol·L^-1姜黄素处理人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)、人子宫颈癌细胞(Hela)、人肺癌细胞(A549)、人肝癌细胞(HepG-2)24、48、72 h,采用MTT法检测细胞增殖抑制率,并计算72 h时的半数抑制浓度(50%concentration of inhibition,IC50)。结果姜黄素在体外对上述4种细胞增殖均有抑制作用,且呈浓度、时间依赖性。结论姜黄素具有抑制多种肿瘤细胞增殖的作用。

Effect of curcumin on tumor cell proliferation

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of Curcumin on 4 kinds of common tumor cells. Methods MTT method was used to observe the inhibitory effects of 0,1,2,5,10,20,50 and 100 μmol·L^-1Curcumin on 4 kinds of tumor cells(MCF-7,Hela,A549 and HepG-2) for 24,48 and 72 h. IC50at 72 h in different kinds of cells was calculated. Results Curcumin exerted inhibitory effects on the proliferation of MCF-7,Hela,A549 and HepG-2 cells. The anti-proliferation effect of Curcumin had a dose-effect relationship and was in a time-dependent manner. Conclusion Curcumin can inhibit the proliferation of multiple tumor cells.
