糖尿病性视网膜病变的激光治疗临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)的临床疗效。方法选取2010年5月—2013年1月该院收治的124名糖尿病视网膜病变患者,将患者随机分为药物组和激光组两组,每组各62例,其中,激光组共发现74眼患DR,药物组共发现72眼。药物组给予复方血栓通软胶囊口服进行治疗,激光组采用激光光凝进行治疗。对患眼的视力及眼底治疗的疗效进行评定,并记录患眼视网膜出血、水肿、渗出等的吸收时间。结果激光组患者有67.57%的患眼视力提高,药物组有52.78%,激光组显著高与药物组;激光组13.51%患眼视力出现下降,明显低于药物组的29.17%;激光组有72.97%的患眼视网膜新生血管出现消退,明显高于药物组的56.94%;激光组出血、水肿及渗出的吸收时间相比于药物组均明显缩短。差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变在改善和维持患者视力、促进新生血管的消退以及加速视网膜出血、水肿、渗出等的吸收、恢复等方面具有明显的优越性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods A hundred and twentyfour patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in The Fifth Hospital of Fuyang from May 2011 to October 2013 were randomly assigned into control group(n = 62) and observation group(n = 62),of which 74 were found in the observation group suffering from DR,and 72in the control group. The control group received oral compound Xueshuantong soft capsules for treatment,while the observation group was treated with laser photocoagulation. Effects on vision and ocular fundus were assessed and the absorption time for retinal hemorrhage,edema,exudation were recorded. Results Visual acuity improvement in the observation group(67. 57%) was significantly better than that in the control group(52. 78%). Visual acuity decline in the observation group(13. 51%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(29. 17%). Fadeaway of retinal neovascularization in the observation group(72. 97%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(56. 94%). Absorption time of hemorrhage,edema and exudate in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group with significant difference(P〈0. 05). Conclusions Laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy has obvious advantages in improving and maintaining visual acuity,promoting neovascular fadeaway,and accelerating the absorption of retinal hemorrhage,edema,and exudate for recovery.
