雷火灸配合穴位按摩治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床护理研究

目的探讨雷火灸配合穴位按摩和中药浸浴法治疗膝骨性关节炎的护理效果。方法将150例患者随机分为雷火灸配合穴位按摩(治疗组)和中药浸浴组(对照组),每组75例。结果治疗组总有效率为92.00%,对照组总有效率为86.70%,两组对比差异明显,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状总积分较治疗前均明显减低(P<0.01);两组治疗后CRP、ESR及症状总积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。差异有统计学意义。结论与中药浸浴组比较,雷火灸配合穴位按摩治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,提高了患者生活质量。

Thunder fire moxibustion with point massage treatmentof knee osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the nursing effect of thunder fire moxibustion aeupoint massage and Chinese medicine bath immersion method on knee osteoarthritis. Methods A hundred and fifty patients were randomly assigned into thunder fire moxibustion with point massage group （treatment group） and Chinese medicine bath group （control group）, 75 cases in each group. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （92.00%） was significantly higher than that in control group （ 86.70% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Symptoms total score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment in both groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. CRP and ESR after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusions Compared with traditional Chinese medicine bath, thunder fire moxibustion with point massage treatment has a good efficacy on knee osteoarthritis,which improves the patients＇ quality of life.
