| 摘 要： | 目的：针对当前国内电子病历建设普遍存在的异构性和不平衡性问题。方法：分析并利用当前信息技术优势，提出基于SOA和B/S架构的电子病历共享解决方案。结果：在充分考虑各医疗机构独立性的基础上，拓宽了电子病历的共享范围。结论：有利于提高诊疗质量和促进医疗资源整合。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： Aiming to heterogeneity and imbalance in currently electronic medical records （EMRs） building. Methods：Current information technologies and its advantages are studied, and a solution for EMRs sharing based on service oriented architecture and browse/Server architecture is promoted. Results：Taking in account the autonomy of medical agency fully, the solution has extend the sharing scope of EMRs. Conclusion： The application of the system can improve medical quality and facilitate the integration of medical resources. |
